I’m Kelly — trauma-informed coach, storyteller, and founder of The Kelly Healing Project.
I help cycle-breakers and sensitive leaders regulate their nervous system, reclaim their power, and create a life that finally feels safe, grounded, and aligned.
Why I Do This Work
I grew up in a chaotic, narcissistic environment where my nervous system lived in constant overdrive.
As an adult, I was diagnosed with complex PTSD. I spent years stuck in fight-or-flight, waking up from nightmares, and people-pleasing just to feel safe.
Healing became non-negotiable.
I committed to weekly trauma therapy for over seven years, and later expanded into somatic and energetic healing. I learned how trauma lives in the body — and how to gently release it.
Today, I no longer live in fear.
I meet life from a place of calm, presence, and self-trust.
And now, I guide others through that same transformation.
